1. Independent intake and assessment
EVIDENCE AUDIT is an independent case intake and assessment website. We are not a law firm, bank, government body or regulator. Website information does not replace professional advice about your specific circumstances.
2. Recovery is not guaranteed
No refund, recovery amount, successful complaint or completion date is guaranteed. Available options depend on the facts, evidence, payment method, timing, applicable procedures and decisions made by banks, providers or other relevant bodies.
3. Sending the form
Submitting your details requests an initial review. It does not automatically open a chargeback, contact your bank, file a complaint, start legal proceedings or create a representation agreement. Further work requires a separate agreement on its scope and terms.
4. Evidence and accurate information
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and share only material you are entitled to provide. You can start a review without answering every optional question or having all supporting documents ready.
Do not provide passwords, full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, bank login details or crypto private keys. An initial review does not require access to your accounts.
5. External organisations and referrals
References to banks, card networks, authorities or other organisations do not imply affiliation, endorsement or a partnership. If an independent provider is suggested, review that provider’s identity, scope and terms before engaging them.
6. Your options, timing and contact
You may contact your bank, card issuer or an appropriate adviser independently. An enquiry through this website does not pause or extend any dispute deadline. Confirm time limits directly with the appropriate provider or adviser.
